    Returns

  • I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Podolinsky Equipment Ltd. you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Please see our Return Policy for more information.

  • I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

    Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience. New Gift Certificate codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

  • Are there gift certificates and/or gift cards?

    Yes! If you're looking for the perfect gift or just doing some last minute shopping, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are the perfect solution for you!

  • Do you do back orders?

    Yes! ... sometimes. Dependent on the product we will put a product on back order for you, but this must be done over the phone. Please call us at 1-800-267-0578 for more specific information.

  • Do you have a catalog?

    No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from us. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! If there is a particular item that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

    If the price on our website drops within 7 days of purchasing the item, we will be happy to refund you the difference in price. Simply contact our Customer Loyalty Team by chat, phone, or email, and they'll be happy to assist you.

  • I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

    We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on our website is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

     

    Payments

  • Do you accept international credit cards?

    Currently we can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within Canada. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

  • Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

    No. At this time Podolinsky Equipment Ltd. does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders for Online Orders.

  • Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    Yes all items are taxed. Most items have the 13% HST charged to them, however all Children's clothing is only taxed with 5% GST.

  • What is your privacy policy?

    Podolinsky Equipment Ltd. and Fulline Farm & Garden Equipment Ltd. take your privacy seriously. We are committed to your privacy and to sharing our online information practices with you. 

    Information you provide us

    We collect your personal information when you voluntarily communicate with us through our sites, participate in contests or promotions, subscribe to a service, or open an account with Podolinsky’s and/or Fulline. When you connect with us through social media channels, you are also subject to the policies in place for use of those social media channels. Please review the privacy policies of the channels you are using to connect with us.
    We will retain your information, including personal information, for as long as is reasonably required to provide you services or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement with you. 
     
    We use your personal information in order to process your application for a product or service and administer delivery of products, services and loyalty rewards. We also use your information to better understand your product and service needs and to offer relevant information, products, services and rewards to meet those needs. Your purchases and other transactions, shopping patterns, account activity and payment history is tracked and analyzed for marketing purposes and for making promotional offers to you. 
     
    Information we get from your use of our services
    When you browse, interact with our ads and content or download information from our Sites, our servers automatically collect information for traffic monitoring and statistical purposes.  The information we collect does not allow us to identify you and includes, but is not limited to:
    • Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of the device used to access our sites. 
    • The operating system and the type and version of browser used to access our sites;
    • Device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifies, and mobile network information including phone number)
    • The internet service provider you used to visit our sites;
    • The dates and times you accessed our sites;
    • The pages you visited; and
    • The names and sizes of files you requested. 
    We analyze this information for operational trends, performance and in order to improve our sites.


     “Cookies”       This site uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For example, a cookie is used to store items during shopping so that a list of what you are ordering is maintained. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use the site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For example, the user may not be able to use the shopping basket function on the site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on the site.
     “Log Files”      We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic and geographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
     
    Why we collect your personal information
    We collect, use and disclose your personal information in order to:
    • process your application for a product or provide a service;
    • better understand your product and services needs and to offer relevant information, products, services and rewards to meet those needs;
    • determine your interest and eligibility for, and where appropriate provide you with, products, services and loyalty rewards;
    • administer the delivery of products and  services to you;
    • track and analyze your purchases, other transactions, shopping patterns, account activity, and payment history for marketing analysis purposes or making promotional offers to you;
    • conduct surveys and analysis for research, statistical and product development purposes (information will be anonymized to the extent possible);
    • verify your identity and protect against error and fraud;
    • assess and update your credit-worthiness on an ongoing basis;
    • process, service, analyze and audit your relationship with us, including collecting any money you owe us;
    • our sites use cookies, Social Media Features and Google Analytics so we can better analyze information collected to understand operational trends, performance and in order to improve our sites.
     
     
    We share with trusted partners
    We may share demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is generally not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. However, we may send e-mails or mail about special offers at the Dealership or other offers or information that may be of interest to the user based on the information we collect. We use an outside company (such as UPS, USPS, Fed Ex. etc.) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not to our knowledge, retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
    We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
     
    We keep your personal information accurate
    We want to keep your personal information up to date, accurate and relevant for its intended use. We rely on you to let us know if your address, telephone number or other information changes, so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
     
    How we protect your personal information
    The security of your personal information is important to us. We will take necessary steps to protect your personal information with appropriate safeguards and security measures. While to try hard to ensure all security measures are in place, we recognize that there are bad people, therefore, nothing transmitted over the internet or electronically stored is fully secure so we cannot guaranty its security 100%.
    All of our Service Providers are required under their contracts with us to maintain your confidentiality and may not use your information for any unauthorized purpose. When we are required by law to provide information, we take reasonable steps to verify the lawful authority for the collection and we disclose only the information that is legally required. We review our procedures and security measures regularly to ensure that they are properly administered and remain effective and appropriate for the sensitivity of the information.
     
    You can access your personal information stored by us
    You have the right to request access to your personal information we have on record in order to ensure it is accurate. If there are discrepancies, your information can be updated as appropriate. To access your personal information, a request must be submitted in writing to us (see Contact Information below). We will respond to your request for access or information in a reasonable time. There may be times when we are unable to fulfill your request - for example, if providing access to your personal information would reveal confidential commercial or proprietary information or personal information about someone else (and we are unable to separate your data), or if we are prohibited by law from disclosing the information.
     
    We respond to your questions, concerns and complaints about privacy
    We will respond in a reasonable time to your questions, concerns and complaints about the privacy of your personal information and our privacy policies and procedures. We will investigate and respond to any concern you have regarding the handling of your personal information. In most cases, an issue can be resolved simply by telling us about it and discussing any issues  / working with us to resolve it.
     
    "Opting-out" or withdrawing your consent
    If you decide that you do not want to receive marketing offers for products and services, you may always withdraw or refuse your consent at any time by contacting us at the contact info below. Your request will be promptly processed but may not be in time to remove you from promotions already in progress. Please note that even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications, we may still contact you for purposes of administering your account.
